Joe is a great advisor.  He responds quickly to questions with helpful suggestions and answers.  He checks on us prior to the cruises well as follows up post cruise.  He has assisted us with several cruises and will continue in the future.

Our travel agent, Kristen, was phenomenal.  Not only was working with her to book our vacation a breeze, but she also went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.  She even texted us the day of to make sure we had all our documents for our flights.
